My husband and I are expecting baby boy in [name_u]August[/name_u] and can’t decide on a name. He is [name_f]Indian[/name_f] so we want to have an [name_f]Indian[/name_f] middle name that is relatively easy to pronounce. Here are some of the name combinations we were thinking of to give you a sense…
Our son is named [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] [name_m]Kumar[/name_m].
Our last name is two syllable and ends with a n.
Any thoughts? Suggestions?
We think the first name is the most important, and we haven’t decided upon one. I’m not the biggest fan of [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] and [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] might be too popular, [name_u]Avery[/name_u] is often thought of as a female name, we don’t love the idea of a [name_u]Owen[/name_u] since [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] starts with an O and so on.
My favourite first name you have picked out is [name_m]Leo[/name_m]. It matches the style of [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] without sounding super matchy.
If you’re open to swapping around the middles, I think [name_m]Leo[/name_m] Ramesh and [name_m]Leo[/name_m] Dinesh would sound great, but the original [name_m]Leo[/name_m] Vishal sounds nice as well.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] this! My favorites are [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] and [name_m]Leo[/name_m]! My favorite middles are [name_m]Nikhil[/name_m] and Aayan Good luck!
[name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] are my favorite names on your list because I think they travel very well and tend to work better in multicultural settings. I don’t know if you thought or considered it, but my favorite [name_f]Indian[/name_f] name for boys is [name_m]Ravi[/name_m]… I think it’s just so charming and sunny!
