I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is such a lovely name for me I always think of my Uncle [name_m]Felix[/name_m] who was a character a bit of a schemer lots of fun and charming. He had a thick Glaswegian accent and was blonde. So I just think of him therefore my assumption is someone like that really a vibrant character

I can’t say I have any assumptions, I just love it. I nearly used it for my son and likely would if I had another.

I guess prior to it becoming more popular I thought of it as somewhat artsy, maybe because of a photographer called [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_m]Forrest[/name_m] and also a personal association of mine. It felt to me like a slightly edgier version of names like [name_u]Max[/name_u], [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], [name_u]Milo[/name_u], [name_u]Jasper[/name_u] etc. (which all have a similar vibe to me but maybe seem totally different to others!).

Anyway, it’s now a little less quirky which is a bit of a shame but still, it’s an awesome name, effortlessly cool and fresh (but also full of history).

I think of the Odd Couple because that’s in my demographic.

I think of the cat a little bit.

But now I realize it’s quite a nice popular name that means happiness so I think most of that.

I don’t picture a big macho guy (Odd Couple again), but someone more slight and intelligent and well, clean. You would have had to my age to get how much [name_m]Felix[/name_m] was tied to that character.

[name_m]Felix[/name_m] is such a cheerful name - i imagine someone friendly, hard-working and maybe creative too? There have been several Felixes in books I’ve read which I think is where those associations come from

i used to really like felix but it kinda grew off of it bc i get like a bad boy vibe from it, idk why

maybe because of the spanish pronunciation? the english one doesn’t give me that vibes
