[name]Frank[/name] (no middle name)
[name]Vera[/name] [name]Anne[/name]
[name]Robert[/name] [name]George[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]
Looking back in my family tree there are many many women named [name]Elizabeth[/name] [name]Graham[/name] Stark and men with the middle names [name]Graham[/name] Stark. We didn’t know there was such a rich family history of the name [name]Elizabeth[/name] when we chose the name for our daughter! We simply named her after my Grandma, who was the most amazing woman I have ever known. [name]Just[/name] yesterday we found the name [name]Lawrence[/name] in my family tree and I think it’s my new favourite boys name!
There are also a number of people named [name]Jean[/name], [name]John[/name], [name]George[/name] or [name]William[/name]
My Great-Grandparents were: Edward ([name]Ted[/name]) Dorothy (Doras (supposed to be Doris, but the nurse spelled her name wrong on her birth certificate)) Francis ([name]Frank[/name]) Ada Bruce Hazel John (Johan) Helena ([name]Helene[/name])
Grandparents:
[name]Ann[/name] (no middle)
[name]David[/name] (don’t know his middle)
[name]Henry[/name] [name]Joseph[/name]
[name]Patricia[/name] (don’t know middle)
[name]James[/name] [name]Cornelius[/name]
Great Grandparents:
[name]Helen[/name] [name]Winthrop[/name]
[name]Norman[/name] (don’t know middle, but fun fact: he had a son [name]Norman[/name] [name]Jr[/name] AND a daughter [name]Norma[/name]…totally normal haha)
[name]Elsie[/name]
[name]Victor[/name]
[name]Cornelius[/name]
[name]Sarah[/name]
[name]Don[/name]'t know my maternal grandmother’s parents names
[name]Both[/name] my grandmothers hated their first/middle combos! They were called [name]Lorraine[/name] [name]Dolores[/name] and [name]Josephine[/name] [name]Sophie[/name]. Grandfathers were [name]John[/name] [name]Edward[/name] and [name]James[/name] [name]Patrick[/name].

I don’t have all of my great grandparents names to hand at the moment, but the ones I know:
[name]William[/name] [name]George[/name] and [name]Mary[/name]
[name]Alfred[/name] and [name]Ruth[/name]
Grandparents
[name]Doris[/name] [name]Margaret[/name]. She came from Anglophone parents, but in [name]Quebec[/name] the birth record was French with [name]Marie[/name] added as a middle name and French spellings for all, so officially my grandma was, Dorisse [name]Marie[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]
[name]Robert[/name] [name]Roy[/name]
Irvina (not sure of middle name)
[name]Charles[/name] (not sure of middle name)

[name]Marie[/name]-[name]Isabelle[/name] [name]Christine[/name] (Very French!)
Maternal great grand parents
Francois [name]Pascal[/name]
[name]Emmanuel[/name] [name]Sophie[/name]
[name]Antoine[/name] [name]Jacques[/name]
[name]Lucie[/name] [name]Camille[/name]
I love all of my family names, especially [name]Marie[/name]-[name]Isabelle[/name] and [name]Valentina[/name]. [name]Every[/name] child in our family takes a name from an ancestor or a modernised form of the name, e.g My brother is planning on giving his son the middle name [name]Theo[/name] for my great grandfather. I think is a really nice tradition to have; it gives a child’s name history and helps to keep the memory of those who have passed alive
My grandfather’s name is Lynnwood. I would love to include his name but…sorry grandpa not sure how. Great grandfather is [name]Salvatore[/name] but goes by [name]Sam[/name]. This has possibilities.
I won’t include my grandparents’ names since the four of them are still living, but here are my great-grandparents’ names with the names of their parents listed beside them. I’m copying this format from an earlier poster.
Charlie Gordon – William Mace (Mace) and Carrie Lavena
Daniel Donhue (Dan) – Jeffie Layfette and Inerree Perthema
Earl Junior (June) – Earl Robert Lee and Della
Eddie Pearl (originally Etta Pearl) – William Madison and Cora Lee
Helen Virginia – Charlie Chester and Exa Ann
Homer Jackson – James Hamilton (Jim) and Queen Victoria (Jane)
Mildred Katherine – George Wiley (Wiley) and Grace
Mittie Frances – Stephen Franklin and Mary Catherine (Stumpy – I have no idea)
Several of the names up there are on my list in addition to some of the surnames.
My grandparents were [name]August[/name] [name]Adolph[/name] and [name]Laura[/name] [name]May[/name] § and [name]Casper[/name] [name]Frederick[/name] and [name]Mary[/name] [name]Anna[/name] (m). [name]German[/name], French/Scottish, [name]German[/name], [name]German[/name] ancestries. I don’t know great-grandparents names. I didn’t use any of these on my children and they weren’t used on my grandchildren either.
