What are your thoughts on Brynn?

I need a one syllable girls name and I have always liked [name]Brynn[/name]. Is it too harsh sounding?

Name of a friend’s sister. It definitely grows on you.

Sorry, but I can’t say I’m a fan - I prefer [name]Bree[/name] as a softer alternative
.
For a classic choice, I’m also a big fan of [name]Grace[/name] for a girls name.

Some other suggestions would be:

[name]Meg[/name]
[name]Sage[/name]
[name]Rose[/name]
[name]Pearl[/name]
[name]Tyne[/name]

[name]Hope[/name] this helps

[name]Shannon[/name]

I like [name]Brynn[/name], but here in Australia it’s kind of synonomous with [name]Brynn[/name] Edelstein, who is not very well liked…

A similar name I also really like is [name]Brenna[/name], or maybe Brienne.

I like [name]Brynn[/name] a lot! I do not think it is harsh sounding at all. I would do a “girly” middle name though. Bynn [name]Rose[/name] or something like that

I had to google [name]Brynne[/name] (she spells it that way) Edelsten, and I’ve lived in Australia nearly my whole life. I doubt anybody will have a clue who she is in a couple of years.

That said, I much prefer [name]Bryn[/name] for a boy. I do know a really nice female [name]Brynn[/name], but I’ve never liked the name on her.

I think [name]Brynn[/name] is very pretty and I agree would like with a girly middle

[name]Brynn[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Brynn[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name]
[name]Brynn[/name] [name]Madeline[/name]
[name]Brynn[/name] [name]Katherine[/name]

I really like the name  If it is a name that you have liked for quite awhile, then I say be confident in the choice since you know it isn’t a passing trend that you will regret in the future. Afterall, these last a lifetime

I don’t mind it. I actually prefer it a lot to [name]Bree[/name]. Some other 1-syllable names:

[name]Claire[/name]/[name]Clare[/name]
[name]Grace[/name]
[name]Maeve[/name]
[name]Neve[/name]/[name]Niamh[/name]
[name]Jane[/name]
[name]Eve[/name]

[name]One[/name] of my friends just named her daughter Brinnley, and they’ll call her [name]Brinn[/name] as a nn. Maybe that would femme it up a bit but you could still get to [name]Brynn[/name] somehow.
