I completely agree with you. It’s underused and very pretty. I also like it as a middle name for a touch of femininity and class. The nickname [name]Lissa[/name] would be cute!
I love [name]Felicity[/name]. It’s a great name - girly and sweet. I think it’s way underused (which is probably a good thing for those of us that like the name).
This made me LOL. 
I think [name]Felicity[/name] is quite pretty, but I don’t love it. I have a bit of an aversion to F names, though ([name]Felicity[/name], [name]Francesca[/name], [name]Fiona[/name] - do not like). And P names. Not sure why.
