I’d say lovely classics with a touch of vintage.
First associations: Your style for boys strikes me as regal or aristocratic. These are the names of men who would have been powerful leaders in the past. Your girl names might be described as literary or romantic.
Overall, I think these names feel regal and royal. I would picture children wearing these names as very classy!
Leopold - I like [name_m]Leopold[/name_m]! He’s handsome, and has [name_m]Leo[/name_m] as a cute nickname!
Hugo - Nms, but could be cute!
Benedict - I can only picture [name_m]Benedict[/name_m] on an adult man, but little [name_m]Benny[/name_m] is very cute!
August - one of my favourites! This one is a little bit outside of the general style here, but at the same time just about fits in!
Sebastian - I’ve never been a fan of [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m].
Rosamund - beautiful! And the nickname possibilities are endless!
Philippa - I have really never liked [name_f]Philippa[/name_f]! It’s far too outdated for me. [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] is very cute though 
Juliet - a new favourite of mine, though I’m more drawn to [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
Susannah - [name_u]Love[/name_u]. [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] doesn’t fit my style at all but I’ve always had a soft spot for her
Violet - another one of my favourites. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is so elegant, but a lot more popular than the rest on your list.
You have a lovely list of names here! Although they aren’t all my cup of tea, I really like the feel you have going throughout them all!
Your boys’ names give me a classic, European feel, while the girls are more old-fashioned British or American Southern to me.

I cannot ‘style’ them - but I feel there is a name among them all that would appeal to many. In my case i love the first 3 with [name_f]Susannah[/name_f] close behind
