This is my name and I don’t mind it, so feel free to be as honest as you want! I have had a lot of negative comments on it before and was just wondering what people thought.
Thumbs up on your name! I just [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Natalie[/name], and [name]Ellen[/name] is a perfectly nice middle name. If I had half a dozen daughters, I would strongly consider naming one [name]Natalie[/name]. It’s beautiful with a slight exotic feel.
[name]Natalie[/name] [name]Ellen[/name] is really pretty- it has a nice mix of the modern ([name]Natalie[/name]) and the classic ([name]Ellen[/name].) The combo is a teeny bit L heavy, but that doens’t take away from it’s beauty.

My first name is also [name]Natalie[/name], I don’t love it, but I quite like it. It sounds pretty with [name]Ellen[/name], another name I like. (especially as a middle name)
Pretty! It’s very slightly L-heavy in the middle, but not enough so that I think it’s really a problem. I like it, and I’m genuinely not sure why you would’ve received a lot of negative comments on it.
I agree with all here. I’m not sure what the issue is. [name]Natalie[/name] is a great familiar classic name with a fun and lovely sound. [name]Ellen[/name] is a name with a nice sound and a solid history - I do think most of the Ellens I know are middle-aged so maybe that’s where people are reacting negatively to a name that’s mildly dated? They should get over it, first of all it’s the middle and it’s still attractive and I find it refreshing when names of an unexpected generation get used - it stands out! I happen to like the repeated L’s and N’s. I hope you like your name!
