I really like the name [name]Mercer[/name], but also have a negative association with it. So what comes to mind when you hear this name?
Nothing too specific comes to mind for me with the name [name]Mercer[/name], except for maybe a slight creative vibe, which is cool. I like it, not a ton, but I do think it’d be a solid choice.

My husband has a work colleague who I’ve met a few times with the surname [name]Mercer[/name], so I just think of him.
[name]Mercer[/name] does not sound appealing to me. I don’t have a specific negative association. I guess it makes me think of “mercenary” and “merciless” or something like that.
I too think of [name]Mercer[/name] [name]Mayer[/name]. I quite like the name.

It just feels like a surname. It’s a bit hissy/mouthy because of the flat syllables.
I would prefer [name]Merced[/name].

The name of my street! It’s actually the name of the street my parents live on and where I grew up.
It makes me think of an unpleasant character from a movie I used to love.
