What would you picture under someone named this?OR would you like Kensilina better?
I’m not a fan of either. To me, [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] is slightly dated and overused, while Kensilina sounds made up. I’ve seen you post a lot on here and I greatly prefer your other name choices
Agreed! [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f], [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], [name_f]Mia[/name_f], [name_f]Hazel[/name_f] are much better choices.
I actually love the name [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] for a girl! I know some people don’t like to use unisex names but paired with a feminine middle name it would be gorgeous. What about [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] [name_f]Elise[/name_f], [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] or [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] [name_f]Faye[/name_f]?
I hate that [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] has become so popular. Its one of my family surnames and that’s not unusual. The family members have been [name_u]Kenzie[/name_u], e.g. for girls for a generation or two that i know of and its been a marvelous way to honor loved ones. It’s still a lovely sound-it still has many n/names from [name_u]Zia[/name_u] to [name_f]Kenna[/name_f]. For a girl having a really feminine 2nd would be my choice too. If you are considering M… [name_f]Rose[/name_f], try seeing how many [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] [name_m]Ross[/name_m]’ there are…It may deter you on that one -pretty as it is. It one of those names that if you love, I would encourage you to really embrace it. Only after I married DH who is [name_m]French[/name_m] born, [name_m]French[/name_m] named -it went off my radar. Best wishes
