Single syllable boys names specifically.
I can’t seem to get [name_m]Fox[/name_m] to win over 
And I’m considering finding just an alternative along the same lines…
But I don’t know exactly how to explain what I’m looking for, it needs to be really strong, not common place and have a good meaning. Needs to be able to hold its own with long Scandinavian names and can be a word but not a wordy word if that makes sense like like I like [name_u]Pax[/name_u] but its too much like max and ward but I dont like the word-ness, just have fun with it, maybe something will jump out at me.

But if you aren’t, I will leave a few other of my loves. I happen to have a thing for single syllable names BUT they are mostly word/nature names, and I’m not sure if I quite get the not-too-wordy words thing, so bear with me if I’m way off!
[name_u]Sky[/name_u]- one of my favourites. A word, but such a beautiful, wide open spaces, word.
[name_u]North[/name_u]- see [name_u]Sky[/name_u]
[name_u]Rue[/name_u]- So cute. This feels like more of a nickname to me,but I haven’t found anything I love that it works as a nn for.
Noir- Ok, a [name_m]French[/name_m] word with a Scandinavian name. I’m not sure. But I do really like the sound and look of Noir!
[name_m]Leif[/name_m]- This one is Scandinavian, so you’ve likely thought of it before. I like it pronounced like leaf, so for myself I think I’d just spell it [name_u]Leaf[/name_u]. I wouldn’t use it as a first name then, tho.
[name_u]Oak[/name_u]- I’m not sure if I love [name_u]Oak[/name_u] by himself. I love [name_u]Oakley[/name_u]. I love oak trees, but just [name_u]Oak[/name_u] as. Name feels a little unfinished. A little too wordy maybe.
[name_m]Kane[/name_m]- Not a word name. But has a cool meaning, warrior. I love this name.
[name_u]Jet[/name_u]- Too much of a word probably?
[name_m]Sol[/name_m]- So cool. A word name, but subtle if you don’t know Spanish. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] meaning, sun. Wonderful sound, close enough to [name_m]Saul[/name_m]/[name_m]Solomon[/name_m] that you don’t instantly think Word!
[name_f]Jade[/name_f]- I guess this is considered a girl’s name, but I love it on a boy. I have it on my honour middle names list.
