[name]Alaia[/name] - love it! I picture a free-spirited, happy go lucky, sweet, helpful little girl.
[name]Hania[/name] - I am not sure what I really imagine. It feels like quite a heavy name to me, I sort of imagine a little girl who’s a bit socially awkward, sorry.
[name]Jasmine[/name] - there was some actress on Disney channel several years ago named [name]Jasmine[/name]–I think she was in that movie with [name]Demi[/name] Lovato and the [name]Jonas[/name] Brothers, haha, I don’t remember, but that’s who I automatically think of, that and this teenager I know named [name]Jasmine[/name]. She’s a nice girl, helpful with little kids (I know her through a youth inner-city outreach program), but she’s a bit uppity and focused on herself.
[name]Leilani[/name] - I love it! I get much the same image for [name]Leilani[/name] as I do for [name]Alaia[/name]. Maybe a bit sweeter as opposed to free-spirited, but still really happy and cheerful and smart.
[name]Aurora[/name] - awww. I can’t help but grin when I read this name, I just adore it to bits. There’s this [name]Aurora[/name] that’s in one of the stories I’m halfway through writing, so I can’t help but think of her when I hear [name]Aurora[/name]. In my story, she’s two, absolutely adorable, with whispy (atm, haha) blond hair and lively blue eyes. She’s happy and sweet and her twin brother (how fitting! hahaha) is her best friend… she’s such a mama’s girl, but when her mom finds the love of her life, [name]Aurora[/name] kind of falls for [name]Jacob[/name], too, and he is just her world. She’s a bit shy, but around [name]Jacob[/name], she comes alive, and she just absolutely adores him, and they become practically inseparable.
[name]Amaya[/name] - Lively, sweet, a bit sporty, but also artistic.
[name]Cassandra[/name] - I’m not sure, really. The only thing that comes to mind is “dated”, although I’m not sure why. It’s still a consideration for a lot of people.
[name]Anastasia[/name] - I think of someone with brains and bravery, someone very striking and beautiful and strong, has something to stand up for but always stands up for the right thing.
[name]Jordana[/name] - I think of my friend whose name is [name]Jordana[/name]. She’s a bit shy, smart, talented–she has every potential in the world, but she still lives in the shadow of her father’s expectations, sadly. Hopefully, your [name]Jordana[/name] wouldn’t have those insecurities, haha. But still, a really happy, talented, smart, good person.
[name]Neela[/name] - I’m not sure. Someone a bit flashy and full of herself, but I’m not sure why I think that. Maybe because that’s how the one [name]Nola[/name] I met was like, and [name]Neela[/name] and [name]Nola[/name] are pretty similar.
[name]Paisley[/name] - Sweet, down-to-earth, happy, cheerful. It has a bit of a trendy vibe to me, but I still like it a lot. I think a [name]Paisley[/name] would be likeable.
[name]Eliana[/name] - aww. Sweet, charming, a bit shy, maybe a mama’s girl. Smart. I sort of picture a Jewish girl, but I don’t think she’d have to be Jewish.
[name]Cynthia[/name] - I think of my friend from high school with the name. [name]Even[/name] then, it felt really dated to me. She was very bookish, shy, didn’t have a lot of friends, was a bit socially awkward, but she was so funny, haha, we worked together at our private school one summer and we laughed, like, the whole summer long.
[name]Selena[/name] - while I think it has sass and sweetness and a bit of a regal feeling, thanks to similar names like [name]Elena[/name] and [name]Helena[/name], I can’t really see past [name]Selena[/name] Gomez. I like [name]Serena[/name] a lot more, but I am sort of starting to see [name]Selena[/name]'s appeal.
