What do you think about mixing fn and mn based on backgrounds?

Our family is pretty international, and also Jewish, and we have a pretty run-of-the-mill American-sounding last name. As a result of this hodge podge, we are having a VERY hard time coming up with a name for baby boy (due in a couple weeks).

Any thoughts on something as mixed up as [name]Liev[/name] [name]Jorge[/name]? Or even other suggestions for using [name]Jorge[/name] as a middle name? I like [name]Jorge[/name] [name]Joaquin[/name] but am worried that the inevitable “JJ” will sound too southern/ traditional American to make sense for us as a family, particularly when combined with our standard-issue last name.

Comments/ ideas appreciated!

Oh also, just to add some follow-up, since [name]Jorge[/name] flows better as a first name, we could do [name]Jorge[/name] (something) and then have him go by that something, but that seems a bit … contrived.
