What do you think of Cecelia?

I’ve been thinking about [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] a lot recently, and I’ve loved it for years. I like the whole group of names. But it bothers me that its a spelling variations of [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f], which I don’t think looks nearly as pretty.

What do you think of [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] not [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]?

I much prefer it spelled that way. It is pretty

I love [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] (this spelling). It’s a sweet, sophisticated name!

I don’t really like this spelling as all I see is “[name_f]Cece[/name_f]” which isn’t a nickname I’m very fond of. I also prefer the internationality of [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f].
I do like the sound [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] though.

I really like [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] but my top favorite is [name_f]Cecily[/name_f] if I’m having a girl. I don’t care for the [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] spelling because of the “sill” look.

I’m not of fan off the name at all. I wouldn’t use it mostly because of the meaning. I prefer [name_f]Celia[/name_f].

[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] is my top girl’s name. I think its gorgeous. I like how [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] looks, my concern is having to correct misspellings. Additionally, I personally prefer going w traditional spellings, even though I would use [name_f]Celia[/name_f] as a nickname.

I prefer [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] to [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] (I just see [name_m]Cecil[/name_m]).

[name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] is a great choice though, and a lot of names have multiple spellings, I don’t think it’s a big deal! (In fact, my name can be spelled in 3 different ways and I don’t mind people asking or occasionally mispelling it). It’s not like you’re spelling it Cicelya or something, so I wouldn’t worry.

I like [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]. Where I live, we only use the spelling [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. But, I agree [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] looks better.

I prefer [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]. It’s one of my favorite names. I’ve never been a fan of [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. I’m not sure why. Having gone through biology courses in college all I can see in [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] is “cilia.”

I’m not a fan of [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] but I do love [name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]. It just seems more natural to spell it with an “i” instead of an “e”
