Personally, I don’t like it for a girl, it sounds more masculine to me.

It is a bit soap opera-ish, but it’s cute. It might not age well though.
Spelling it [name]Colbie[/name] (as in singer [name]Colbie[/name] Calliat) makes it a bit more feminine, but [name]Colby[/name] does seem to suit a boy better, I think.
[name]Cobie[/name] is adorable too (as in actress [name]Colbie[/name] Smulders) but her full name is [name]Jacoba[/name].
Unisex names are quite common though, so it works.

[name]Colby[/name] cheese and [name]Colby[/name] from [name]Bay[/name] watch is what I think of- Although I do agree [name]Colbie[/name] sounds better for a girl and I don’t know if I can picture an adult with such a cutsie name

Sounds boyish to me. I think of [name]Colby[/name] [name]Granger[/name] on that show Numb3rs.

I have a female cousin named [name]Colby[/name], so it sounds completely feminine to me.

BAD. It’s all boy, no matter how you spell it. [name]Shelby[/name] would be nice for a girl.

Cute! The only [name]Colby[/name] I’ve met is a 9 year-old girl, so its completely feminine to me
