So I’ve started trying to consider names outside of my usual style for boys.
I have loved [name_m]Julian[/name_m] since I was a child (I used to promise my son would be named this) and [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] is a new consideration.
What do you think of them? What would you name their sisters (any from my sig?)
And lastly what do you think of potential nn’s [name_m]Gabe[/name_m] and [name_u]Jules[/name_u]?
I love them both! They were both on my list for if we had a boy. There is a [name_m]Julian[/name_m] at the elementary school where I work that goes by JuJu for a nickname. [name_u]Jules[/name_u] is too girly to me. It sounds like [name_m]Jewels[/name_m]. [name_m]Gabe[/name_m] is ok, but I prefer just [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m].
I think they sound nice with [name_f]Valentina[/name_f], [name_f]Athena[/name_f] or [name_f]Pandora[/name_f].

I’ve never been a fan of [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m]. I’ve never been able to put my finger on why, all of the [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m]'s I’ve ever known have been lovely people and I usually like G names, but something about it just puts me off. It just sort of falls flat.
[name_m]Julian[/name_m] on the other hand I really like! I love sort of fem nicknames on guys, and [name_m]Julian[/name_m] offers that with [name_u]Jules[/name_u] and [name_u]Julie[/name_u] and so forth, but as a full name it’s very strong and masculine. Best of both worlds, so to speak. I actually think that [name_m]Julian[/name_m] [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] would make a great combo, by the way.
[name_f]IMO[/name_f] [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] don’t really work that well with the girls in your signature. The girls are way more ‘out there’ than the boys. I would think more along the lines of [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] than [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f] rather than [name_f]Pandora[/name_f], in terms of a sibset.
[name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] and [name_m]Julian[/name_m] work very well together! [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Gabe[/name_m] and [name_u]Jules[/name_u]. The only girl name that I think would go well is [name_f]Valentina[/name_f], [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] [name_m]Julian[/name_m] and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] work very nicely.
[name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] and [name_m]Julian[/name_m] are fantastic together! I adore both of those names. I do have to agree, however, that they don’t really “match” your girls names in your signature. Really, it’s not that big of a deal, but your girl’s names are a lot more out there and these two boys names are pretty traditional. 
[name_m]Julian[/name_m] and [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] are fine names. I prefer [name_m]Julian[/name_m]. From your signature, I would name their sisters [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f]. I prefer Briel as a nickname for [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] and [name_u]Jules[/name_u] is fine as a nickname for [name_m]Julian[/name_m].
You could use [name_f]Julia[/name_f] or [name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f] for a daughter if you end up not using [name_m]Julian[/name_m] or [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] a son.
