What do you think of Harlowe Dove?

I am trying to find the perfect name for our little one and my DH and I both like the name Harlowe. It doesn’t have any particular meaning to us so I wanted the middle name to be meaningful. My name is [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] (which means [name_u]Dove[/name_u] in Spanish). What do you think of the combination Harlowe [name_u]Dove[/name_u] Thacker?

I think that it is an absolute gorgeous combo. The meaningfulness of [name_u]Dove[/name_u] is lovely, and the name has a great flow. I honestly cannot find any faults with this name. :wink: I say go for it, it’s perfect! :slight_smile:

It’s quite unexpected, but it has a pleasant sound and I just like the soft, gentle [name_u]Dove[/name_u] with [name_f]Harlow[/name_f]

Harlowe [name_u]Dove[/name_u] is gorgeous! I have only seen [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u] with an e but I much prefer Harlowe with an e.

I don’t want to be THAT person but for some reason my brain hears dove-thacker, and it sounds like something you do to a bird that’s not nice and possibly illegal! I also think a three syllable name would flow better as a middle name with Harlowe Thacker. But I like the idea of your name being in there esp if not your family name. :slight_smile:

I love [name_f]Paloma[/name_f]! I love the [name_u]Dove[/name_u] connection. Sadly, I dislike Harlowe.
Next to your beautiful name, it seems trendy and underwhelming. However, Harlowe [name_u]Dove[/name_u] flows well.

Harlowe [name_u]Dove[/name_u] is lovely! It’s sweet and modern but I also like how it has meaning! It sounds lovely too

I have a little [name_f]Paloma[/name_f] and everyone loves her name. In palomas class there is a girl named [name_u]Dove[/name_u] uts so pretty I totally think u can use it as a first name. I truly dislike [name_f]Harlow[/name_f] it’s very trendy. I suggest [name_f]Margo[/name_f] and [name_u]Marlowe[/name_u]

Those are lovely suggestions. What about [name_u]Winslow[/name_u] [name_u]Dove[/name_u]?

Not a fan of [name_u]Winslow[/name_u]. But, I don’t like non feminine, surname, trendy type names for girls.
