[name_m]Hi[/name_m] Ladies,
[name_f]Ludovica[/name_f] is my current crush, even if it’s totally out of my naming style. What do you think about it? Is it usable? [name_m]Worth[/name_m] usable? What names would you pair it with?
That name has always been a secret crush of mine. I really love the sound of it. I think it’s a bit extraordinary but definitely usable. I would probably pair a traditional/classic name with it, for example [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].
It’s spicy and spunky, which is what I love about Old World European names (especially Eastern European ones swoon overload). I love the zippy, springiness of this name matched with the gorgeous “ee” sound. Definitely a keeper! Pronunciation should be pretty obvious, and the worst way someone could possibly butcher it would be by pronouncing it “luh-[name_f]DOE[/name_f]-VIH-kuh” (which is unlikely).
For a sister, I would pair it with another Old World-sounding Italian feminization or something Latin, like:
[name_f]Gloria[/name_f]
[name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_f]Giuliana[/name_f]
[name_f]Flora[/name_f]
[name_f]Valentina[/name_f]
[name_f]Claudia[/name_f]
For a brother, I’d pair [name_f]Ludovica[/name_f] with something short and zippy, or perhaps [name_m]Roman[/name_m] or Eastern European:
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m]
[name_m]Julian[/name_m]
[name_m]Wilhelm[/name_m]
[name_u]August[/name_u]
[name_m]Laszlo[/name_m]
[name_m]Felix[/name_m]
[name_m]Lazarus[/name_m]
[name_m]Soren[/name_m]
For middle names, I’d go with something classic or familiar to English-speaking countries, such as:
[name_f]Ludovica[/name_f] [name_u]Allison[/name_u]
[name_f]Ludovica[/name_f] [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f]
[name_f]Ludovica[/name_f] [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Ludovica[/name_f] [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]
[name_f]Ludovica[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]
