With that pronunciation I think it’s cool, but the name itself does share a very similar resemblance to Alien. It’s kind of a cool alternative to [name_f]Aaliyah[/name_f] or [name_f]Isla[/name_f].

I instantly think of [name_u]Elia[/name_u].

It’s lovely but I feel like people may struggle with the prononciation because it isn’t particularly intuitive. [name_f]My[/name_f] first prononciation assumption was very close but that’s probably only because I study Linguistics. However, if you did want to use it, people will get used to it. Much more popular names also get mispronounced so it’s not a huge deal imo. I think it’s really pretty.

I thought the name was E-lee-uh or Ayel-ya but either way is nice I think.
