I love [name]Buffy[/name] but I think it’s a name that a lot of people would hate. What do you think?

My favourite tv show ever but I still can’t like it as a name.

Ditto for me. I love the show, but I can’t take the name seriously. You could use it as a nickname.

[name]How[/name] about the name [name]Bonnie[/name]? It kind of reminds me of [name]Buffy[/name], but seems more substantial.

I think it would be best suited as a nickname. [name]Buffy[/name] is insubstantial to me.

    • people say [name]Hermione[/name] is too tied to the character, but I think [name]Buffy[/name] is even more so. [name]Hermione[/name] at least has the Greek and [name]Shakespeare[/name] pedigree to back it up while [name]Buffy[/name] is an ass-kicking, stake-wielding peppy blonde. Not a bad thing to be, but to me, there can only be one (chosen one).

I saw the movie [name]Buffy[/name] the Vampire Slayer but never watch the show because I thought it was dumb

Anyway, my first thought was Family Affairs, old show from the 50s/60s. The children were [name]Cissy[/name] ([name]Catherine[/name]), [name]Jody[/name] ([name]Jonathan[/name]) and [name]Buffy[/name] ([name]Elizabeth[/name])
