Tell me your thoughts?
My first thought is Rhode Island. Did you want mn/fn suggestions?
It sounds just like road, which isn’t very appealing, unfortunately.
I’ve heard of [name_m]Rhodes[/name_m] before (for a boy), but not just Rhode on its own. It’s not my style, but I get the appeal if you like tailored names like [name_u]Sloane[/name_u], [name_f]Greer[/name_f], [name_u]Blair[/name_u], [name_f]Paige[/name_f], etc. I do think this one sounds especially masculine, however.
It sounds unfinished… like it should be [name_m]Rhodes[/name_m] or [name_f]Rhodie[/name_f]…
Also, it feels very masculine. If I saw this written somewhere, I would probably assume it was a boy/man.
It’s cute, the first things associated to me are Rhode Island and Rhodey (male char from Iron [name_m]Man[/name_m] comics/movie). Using Rhodey/[name_f]Rhodie[/name_f] (or some variation) could make it roll off the tongue better?
