I know it is typically used as a middle name, but I think that it’s beautiful as a first name too. Not too popular, and seems very classic to me.
I love my little sister’s name ([name]Louise[/name] [name]Gabrielle[/name] [name]Rose[/name]), and thought [name]Rose[/name] as a first name would be the perfect way to honour her. I’m not pregnant, just very keen on names!
I prefer other flower names, such as [name]Lily[/name], [name]Poppy[/name], [name]Posy[/name], [name]Violet[/name], [name]Bryony[/name], [name]Holly[/name], and [name]Ivy[/name]. And, I like [name]Arabella[/name] [name]Rose[/name] better than [name]Rose[/name] [name]Arabella[/name] = better flow.
I like all of your combos, actually! My favorites are [name]Rose[/name] [name]Aurelia[/name], [name]Rose[/name] [name]Juliana[/name], [name]Rose[/name] [name]Valentina[/name], [name]Rose[/name] [name]Arabella[/name], and [name]Rose[/name] [name]Amelia[/name].
My favorite name combo with [name]Rose[/name] is [name]Rose[/name] [name]Anastasia[/name].
Also love [name]Sarah[/name]'s idea of [name]Rose[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] and Sashbash’s idea of [name]Rose[/name] [name]Valentine[/name]!
I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Rose[/name] as a first name. Seriously underused, and it’s so beautiful and simple.
From your suggestions I like best: [name]Rose[/name] [name]Aurelia[/name]. [name]Rose[/name] [name]Olivia[/name], [name]Rose[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name], [name]Rose[/name] [name]Valentina[/name] and [name]Rose[/name] Am”lie. From other posters suggestions I like: [name]Rose[/name] [name]Catherine[/name], [name]Rose[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Rose[/name] [name]Miranda[/name] and [name]Rose[/name] [name]Irina[/name].
I love [name]Rose[/name]. My daughter’s mn is [name]Rose[/name], and my great grandmother’s name was [name]Rose[/name]. The only concern I have ever had was that I like names to have more than one syllable. I have had many names that I liked which I wouldn’t even consider b/c of it only having one syllable. So, personally, I would have a different variation of [name]Rose[/name] - [name]Rosa[/name], [name]Rosabelle[/name], [name]Rosemary[/name], etc. We are actually choosing a variation of [name]Rose[/name] for our daughter’s name - we’ve narrowed it down to [name]Rosaelia[/name] and [name]Rozlin[/name].
I love the name [name]Rose[/name]! I think when you use the name [name]Rose[/name] as a first name, that’s simple and elegant, you should have a strong, maybe longer middle name. Heres some I like.
I like the name [name]Rose[/name] and I do like floral names, however, I just don’t think that [name]Rose[/name] works as a first name very well. If you’re going with the floral names, may I suggest a few?
I think [name]Rose[/name] would only really work with another short last name and no middle name. It’s such a simple and sweet name that anything too long would muddle it.
