Too much color, or chic and cool?
It SOUNDS cool at first, but then the next second, I realize it’s a flower and a color. I’m picturing a strange violet that’s grey. I wouldn’t pair the names together.
Too much color… love [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_u]Grey[/name_u]…just not together:)
Too much colour
I like it! I didnt actually click that it was two colours until you mentioned it. Its quite descriptive, which isnt the best for names. But it could work. Middles arent always known anyway
I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] it. I don’t think color color. I think flower color. And most people won’t know your kids middle name anyways.
When you sound it out it has a certain romance-novel aura to it. But then, as everyone else has said, you realize it’s two color names and that’s too much.
I have two color names and I never had any issues with it. Most people don’t know my middle name unless we are very close nor do they call me by my frist and middle, so I think if you like it, go for it! It is quite lovely.
I like it! I didn’t click on the colour thing immediately, but my first thought is that it sounds rather mysterious and it makes me think that it belongs in a book. I can’t really see it on a person if [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is the last name, but if [name_u]Grey[/name_u] is the middle name, then I think it can work.
Too much color in my opinion. Both names are nice on their own and I do get an edgy, cool vibe from it, but it sounds like a dull color to me.
It’s also too much color for me, I’m sorry to say. The flow is nice…but it just sounds like a description of an elderly woman’s hair in a book, I’m afraid.
Personally the name [name_u]Grey[/name_u] makes me a bit sad. However, I love [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and I think [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] are both great!
