SO and I are just throwing around names and came up with a B/G twin set and wanted to see what others would think.
[name]Alexander[/name] [name]Wren[/name] “[name]Zander[/name]”
[name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Sparrow[/name] “[name]Adele[/name]”
I have some Greek heritage and [name]Alexander[/name] is Greek, whereas SO is from [name]Britain[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] is a British name. We thought it would be a nice compromise. We also love color, unisex and animal middle names to spice up the names.
So, what do you think?
Yes, I really like them and although [name]Alexander[/name] is a little too normal for me, the nickname of [name]Zander[/name] makes up for it. I normally see [name]Wren[/name] on girl’s list so I was a little thrown of at first but they do sound better as [name]Alexander[/name] [name]Wren[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Sparrow[/name] than [name]Alexander[/name] [name]Sparrow[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] [name]Wren[/name] though.
[name]Zander[/name] & [name]Adele[/name] are really cool together, so overall a big thumbs from me!
Fabulous! I like how creative the nns are as well!
I love [name]Adelaide[/name], it’s one of my favorite names. But I’m not a fan of [name]Sparrow[/name] for a middle name, it sounds too masculine. I don’t like [name]Alexander[/name], it’s just boring to me and [name]Wren[/name] sounds girly. I’m also not a big fan of matching letters for twins. I would go with something like [name]Adelaide[/name] and [name]Zander[/name] or [name]Adelaide[/name] and [name]Zane[/name]. Then they still have a bit of a tie to eachother since A is the first letter of the alphabet and Z is the last. Much more unique than same first initials [name]IMO[/name].
If you are set on [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Adelaide[/name] I would switch the middle names like PP said.
