The name [name]Baker[/name] for a little boy is it that bad their’s loads of occupational names floating around these days like [name]Archer[/name] [name]Tanner[/name] [name]Parker[/name] [name]Sailor[/name] etc why not [name]Baker[/name] ? x Tell me what you think and does it go with the last name [name]Kent[/name] so [name]Baker[/name] [name]Kent[/name] 
I’d only use [name]Baker[/name] if it was a family name (e.g., mother’s maiden name).
I personally like it. Wouldn’t use it myself, but it has a great ring to it! Koodos.
I like it personally. I probably wouldn’t use it but I think it is nice. And I’m sure at one point many of the now normal and commonly used occupational names seemed unusual and baker kent sounds great

I like it! I think with a last name like [name]Kent[/name] people might switch them sometimes… thinking his name is [name]Kent[/name] [name]Baker[/name]. That’s a pretty minor consideration, though. Overall, I think it’s unique and will get a positive response.

I agree, it’s usable, no weirder than other occupational names. [name]Do[/name] you like [name]Baxter[/name]? Same meaning as baker, but the x gives it a little cool factor. I like [name]Baxter[/name] [name]Kent[/name].

I’m no fan of occupational surnames. They’re just so, um, meh and dreary. However, [name]Baxter[/name]'s ok.
I wouldn’t use it personally. I think names like tanner, archer etc get more use because their not common occupations now. [name]Even[/name] sailor. [name]How[/name] many sailors do u know? my brother works on boats but i don’t think of him as a sailor. whereas I know 3 bakers, I bake, I enjoy baking, I go to the bakery…
Personally id go with [name]Baxter[/name] but if you love [name]Baker[/name] use it.
