[name]Hi[/name] Nameberries, I was wondering what you think of this name:
[name]Julia[/name] [name]Uma[/name]
EDIT: I wanted to see what people said at first, to get their initial reaction, so I didn’t include that that was actually MY name, but now I am telling you, that it is. As a child, I got teased very much about it’s sound, people would call me Puma, and call me dot dot dot so that they didn’t have to say the name, or for some other reason. It was actually my paternal grandmother’s name, (her real name was Urmila, but she went by Uma regularly) who died at age 56. Well, thank you for your sincere responses.
tbh it reminds me of The Wedding Singer, when [name]Drew[/name] Barrymore’s name would have been [name]Julia[/name] Goolia. I also love [name]Julia[/name], but I think the double “oo” sounds detracts from its beauty.
[name]Love[/name] [name]Julia[/name]! I like the idea of [name]Uma[/name]–it’s spunky and virtually unheard of–but I don’t think [name]Julia[/name] [name]Uma[/name] flows very well. [name]Uma[/name] [name]Julia[/name] would work better, imo, but I like [name]Julia[/name] as a FN more. Maybe something like [name]Julia[/name] [name]Uma[/name] [name]Catherine[/name]? I think a second mn helps with the flow if you want to keep both [name]Julia[/name] and [name]Uma[/name], and in that order.
