Andre? It reminds me of growing up watching the film about the seal and the young girl not sure if it’s for that reason that I have always liked the sound of this name or that its familiar to me without being overused.

Definatley not overused, part of me leans towards dated/ghetto sounding and part of me likes it!

I think of [name_m]Peter[/name_m] [name_u]Andre[/name_u], and therefore 90s pop music and reality TV.
It’s not my favourite, I feel it’s a little dated and the pronunciation can be unclear (AWN-dray vs ANN-dray). But I agree with you that it’s familiar yet underused, so a good choice in that regard.

Its a cool name (even though the only person I knew with this name was a bit of a jerk)
