What do you think of the name Kinston/Kinsten or other spellings for a little girl?

We are trying to come up with a K name and this is what he came up with. I’m not sure how I feel about it though. What do you guys think about it?

It’s slightly better than okay, but I’m not in love with it. Somehow I get the impression that you feel the same way?

It’s not my style, but it sounds like you’re not totally sold on it either? I just see [name]Kingston[/name] without the "g’, so it looks like a typo to me. A few ideas are below (I’m assuming you like surname/unisex names)

I usually don’t love unisex names, but I really like [name]Kendal[/name]. And I think [name]Kinsey[/name] would be a good alternative to Kinston.

I dont love it and agree w pp’s that it sounds like you dont either!

[name]Love[/name] pp’s suggestion of [name]Kendal[/name], I know a little girl named [name]Kendall[/name] who’s adorable. Other ideas:

[name]Kate[/name]
[name]Kiki[/name] (if we use [name]Kate[/name] we’re thinking of [name]Kiki[/name] as a nn)
Kesari (means saffron in Hindu, a close friend has the name i think its gorgeous - pronouced [name]KAY[/name]-shur-ree)
[name]Keira[/name]
