I like it! Nickname options are great.
I prefer just [name_m]Otto[/name_m] but it is very cute!
It’s a new one to me, but I like it! Unusual and lively with some wonderful nickname options.
I’ve never tried picturing [name_m]Otello[/name_m] on an actual child… I think it could work, but it’s a lot to live up to. It’s not impossible, but I’m not sure. It has a lot of great nickname options, so that’s deinfitely a good thing. [name_m]Telly[/name_m] and [name_m]Leo[/name_m] are my favourites.
