Hello! What do you guys think of the names [name_m]Friday[/name_m] and [name_f]Monday[/name_f]? I know most people don’t like the name [name_f]Monday[/name_f] because of the association with “everyone’s least favourite day of the week”. But [name_f]Monday[/name_f] is my favourite day of the week, so it doesn’t really bother me.

Not expecting, just collecting! TIA!

I like [name_f]Monday[/name_f] better than [name_m]Friday[/name_m]! [name_m]Friday[/name_m] just sounds like Fry [name_u]Day[/name_u]. [name_f]Monday[/name_f] would be great in the middle!

I prefer [name_f]Monday[/name_f] but it’s not my favorite name in the world. What about [name_f]Sunday[/name_f]?

I like [name_f]Monday[/name_f]! I prefer [name_f]Tuesday[/name_f], [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f], and [name_f]Sunday[/name_f]- but I remember thinking when I was younger that even if I don’t love mondays, it’s a beautiful name that would make me like mondays more!

Ooh, I like [name_f]Sunday[/name_f]! But people associate it with church and I’m not that religious, so… But it’s not a bad thing!

I love [name_f]Monday[/name_f]! I think it’s very nice, especially if it’s your favorite day of the week. I prefer [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] & [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] personally though!

(also, just for another opinion, I don’t associate [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] with church! I associate it with warmth, laughter, family, sunshine, and happiness! :slight_smile:)

I prefer [name_f]Sunday[/name_f]. [name_u]Sunny[/name_u] or [name_f]Sunshine[/name_f] would be cute NN. [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] reminds me of the character from the Addams family.

I prefer [name_f]Monday[/name_f] to [name_m]Friday[/name_m] sound-wise, and the fact that [name_f]Monday[/name_f] is your favorite day sweetens the deal. I do think Mondays get a bad rap generally though; I would second others who have suggested [name_f]Sunday[/name_f]! I especially like it as a pleasantly unexpected middle name. To me it feels–well–wonderfully sunny! I agree with @regionlatbest that I have plenty of positive associations with [name_f]Sunday[/name_f] besides church; it gives me happy, peaceful vibes overall.

You could spell it [name_f]Sundae[/name_f]. And remove its connection from Church.

Friday has negative associations of someone being a man [name_m]Friday[/name_m] - a servant or a slave.

Monday has a nicer sound and i could imagine it being a great middle
