Evaluna, my favorite name makes me think of many beautiful things.
(Note - Yes, this name is partially invented! There, it’s not in the Nameberry database. I still count it as a name and I intend to use it for my daughter!)

Josepha makes me think of gothic castles, leather covered books, old paintings… I guess people call that “dark academia”?

My favourite boys name is [name_u]August[/name_u], so it obviously reminds me of summer. [name_u]Julian[/name_u] reminds me of the colour orange, and [name_u]Kennedy[/name_u] makes me think of sports for some reason.

I go through a hundred name phases a day, but my list of lists, the names that stick around-- they’re the names that feel like [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f] afternoons, making cookies for the next day, walking home from the train, a winter sunset, wind burn, horseshoe crabs, jazz music, sparrows on the sidewalk, needing a sweatshirt on the beach, bags full of shells, the way the lights in the city look from the bridge. ferries.
