I’m looking back at my favorite names from this pregnancy and I still love a few of them. [name_u]Baby[/name_u] girl will be here just about 4 weeks. Name image is important to me because even though the name doesn’t create the baby, names do give different feelings and images.
So my question is what image do you see for each of these names?

[name_f]Kaia[/name_f] (ky-ah)
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] (mee-la)
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] (eye-la)

[name_u]Mika[/name_u] (mee-ka)- This strikes me as very ethnic, an [name_f]Asian[/name_f] type name. Not sure if I am right. There is a permanently childish feel to it for me that I am not sure I can get behind. Of all of your names, I like it the least.
[name_f]Kaia[/name_f] (ky-ah)- It feels a little Hawaiian. It’s not to the point of being exotic but I would be surprised to see it on a blonde or red headed child, for example.
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] (mee-la)- I can’t quite tell what my impression is. Almost like [name_f]Isla[/name_f] but not quite… I can’t put my finger on it. It’s not negative, but I can’t place it.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] (eye-la)- Soft and sweet, easy going, shy, quiet, dainty
[name_u]Mika[/name_u] - I think it’s cute. It’s a name in Japan, so I’d probably think she was at least partly Japanese. Seeing the name on a non-Japanese girl would give me a bit of a spunky image.
[name_f]Kaia[/name_f] - I like it. It sounds gentle and sweet. I think the name would fit in well because of the kids named [name_u]Kai[/name_u].
[name_f]Mila[/name_f] - This name makes me think of [name_f]Mila[/name_f] Kunis.
[name_f]Isla[/name_f] - It has a nice, gentle image, but I also see it as a trendy name.
