[name]Bernadette[/name]?
Recently, I’ve decided that I rather like it. But I don’t see it mentioned on here often. Which makes me wonder: am I crazy for liking it?
[name]Do[/name] you love it? Hate it? [name]Don[/name]'t care one way or the other? What kind of girl do you picture when your think of a [name]Bernadette[/name]?
I immediately think of [name]Bernadette[/name] Peters. You could google her if you are not familiar with her.
My first thought is also [name]Bernadette[/name] Peters, which is why I think I love the name so much. Great, underused name!
It’s not a bad name and I can sort of see how you like it.
I love [name]Bernadette[/name] but I know a lot of Nameberries do not. Perhaps it’s because it’s a name that’s too religious for most people. It is most closely associated with the French saint who is venerated in [name]Lourdes[/name], [name]France[/name]. For me, I picture [name]Bernadette[/name] as a Catholic schoolgirl in a plaid uniform (I went to a girls school and I knew a smart and funny girl named [name]Bernadette[/name] nn [name]Bernie[/name] so I may be biased! ) 
I think it goes well in the middle spot too if you have a shorter first name. Not only is there the talented actress/singer [name]Bernadette[/name] Peters but there is a character with this name on the TV comedy, The Big Bang [name]Theory[/name]. Regards, [name]Mischa[/name].
