What middle name would you choose for the name [name]Sloan[/name]? My hubby really likes it, I am on the fence about it but I also can’t seem to find any names that sound nice with the name. I am all about flow and whenever I say any name with it it just does not sound right. Any help would greatly be appreciated!
I feel that girl names and girl combos are impossible!
I’d probably put something a bit more feminine in the middle:
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Alexandra[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Marigold[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Marguerite[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Miranda[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Veronica[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Isadora[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Clementine[/name]
[name]Sloan[/name] [name]Wilhelmina[/name]
Aurra…
I am loving [name]Sloan[/name] [name]Ivy[/name] from your list! As soon as I saw it I liked it. We have another girls name picked out just in case with the middle names [name]Isobel[/name]/[name]Isabel[/name] so that wont work. But I am loving the [name]Ivy[/name] as a middle which I never would of thought of.
[name]Sloane[/name] [name]Cecilia[/name] was on my list before. I wasn’t sure about the repeating “s” sound but I now actually love alliteration. I think if your last name started with S, though, that might be a stretch Good luck!
[name]Hi[/name] Scarscar. I must say, [name]Sloane[/name] is pretty much the polar opposite of [name]Isabel[/name]. If you love both names and you don’t care that they’re mismatched, then go for it. I feel like the [name]Sloane[/name] would be expected to be the tomboy and [name]Isabel[/name] the princess. [name]One[/name] sister might feel jealous… Maybe calling [name]Isobel[/name] “[name]Izzy[/name]” most of the time, or calling [name]Sloane[/name] “[name]Sloane[/name] [name]Ivy[/name]” would help even things out. For a more [name]Isabel[/name]/[name]Isobel[/name]-like sister name,
[name]Simone[/name]
[name]Solenne[/name] (This one could easily be nicknamed [name]Sloane[/name]!)
[name]Sabine[/name]
[name]Signe[/name]
[name]Sylvaine[/name]
[name]Serafina[/name]
[name]Sidonie[/name]
My vote goes to
[name]Isobel[/name] nn [name]Izzy[/name] and:
[name]Solenne[/name] nn [name]Sloane[/name]
[name]Simone[/name] [name]Olive[/name] nn [name]Sloane[/name] or [name]Simone[/name] [name]Lenore[/name] nn [name]Sloane[/name] (the L in the middle name allows for [name]Sloane[/name])
I love [name]Isobel[/name] with the O, especially with a sister [name]Simone[/name]/[name]Solenne[/name]/[name]Sloane[/name]. I think it gives the name a bit more gravity.
