I know I’ve hashed out this topic probably a million times sorry! But I still can’t settle on a middle for [name_m]Ira[/name_m].
So I’m throwing out all rules and asking if you had a son named [name_m]Ira[/name_m] what middle would you pair with it?
*As a bonus question, if [name_m]Ira[/name_m] had a brother named [name_m]Alder[/name_m] [name_m]Wallace[/name_m] what middle would you pair with [name_m]Ira[/name_m]?
[name_m]Ira[/name_m] is the name of a street sign we live nearby and every time I pass it I get the feeling that it’s my son’s name. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though I’m not pregnant and there’s other names I like better for boys. But [name_m]Ira[/name_m] has a special spot in my heart for this reason. Here’s some of the pairings on our list since there’s a great chance we may go with our gut and name a little boy [name_m]Ira[/name_m] one day.
There are some Russian names I love that seem to fit well with [name_m]Ira[/name_m]. (Maybe the association that got me thinking in this direction is that, as a fem name, [name_m]Ira[/name_m] is a diminutive of Irina.)
[name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Alexei[/name_m] (Ira Alexsei)
[name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m]
[name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Anatoli[/name_m]
[name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Maksim[/name_m] (Ira Maxim)
[name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Valentin[/name_m]
Moving away from Russian names, I really like [name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Leonel[/name_m] and [name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] isn’t even my usual cup of tea.
I like [name_m]Ira[/name_m].
[name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Caspian[/name_m]
or specifically to pair with [name_m]Alder[/name_m] [name_m]Wallace[/name_m], I’d choose [name_m]Ira[/name_m] [name_m]Charles[/name_m].
