With the SSA list coming out never thanks to COVID-19 I’m wondering what all of my fellow forum/discussion board friends are noticing. What trends are you seeing? What names have people/are people naming their baby girls that you feel like you’ve seen a thousand times? I am due [name_u]August[/name_u] 7th and we have a few names picked out but I REALLY don’t want a popular name for our baby and I’m having a hard time committing without knowing what is popular
I see [name_u]Everly[/name_u] (and other spelling variants) and [name_f]Lila[/name_f] (and other spelling variants) a LOT on social media. Also [name_f]Layla[/name_f], [name_u]Paisley[/name_u], and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f].
I’m in the midwest U.S. I’ll try to keep this list to names that I hear in real life, & not names that I see on these boards a lot. Although they’re not terribly different-
Girls-
[name_f]Ava[/name_f]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_f]Adelyn[/name_f]/Addilyn…I don’t really know how it’s spelled. But I hear ‘[name_m]Add[/name_m]-uh-lin’ on basically every little tyke I meet.
I’m in the UK and, in addition to the names everyone else has mentioned, I hear [name_f]Aria[/name_f] a lot. I know two that are about a year apart in age.
Brinleigh and [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] (and some other spellings) are the ones I’ve seen the most. I’ve also seen Brinkleigh and [name_f]Ryleigh[/name_f].
Yes to [name_u]Avery[/name_u], [name_f]Adelyn[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_f]Ella[/name_f], [name_f]Aria[/name_f], and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
