What names do you only like on specific personalities / people?

I feel like there are names that really fit almost everyone, some that are a bit more difficult to see on certain people but are generally still flexible in their vibe and then there are names that need a very specific person/personality to make them appealing.
Basically, I’m asking which names you really only like on a specific person, character or personality, but not really as a name on its own.
[name_f]Do[/name_f] these kinds of names exist for you?

I honestly have trouble seeing a lot of vintage names on modern kids! I love a lot of vintage names but I can only see names like [name_f]Maude[/name_f], [name_f]Frances[/name_f], [name_m]Albert[/name_m], and [name_m]Rufus[/name_m] on kids who are being raised wearing vintage clothes and with old-fashioned storybook hobbies like butterfly catching, or traditional creative hobbies like piano or painting. I can’t picture any of these names as kids who like video games or play soccer or anything like that.

(I say this as someone who loves the names [name_f]Maude[/name_f] and [name_f]Frances[/name_f]! But I can only picture little girls in vintage dresses with bows in their hair. I simply can’t imagine them in jeans or sports uniforms or anything like that.)

Once I’ve named a character with a name, I do find it hard to imagine the name on anyone who isn’t like that character  weirdly doesn’t happen with real people - i can meet multiple people with the same name and wouldn’t really think about them being alike, but a [name_f]Cressida[/name_f] not being caring, arty and in love with the colour yellow? Can’t imagine it. A [name_u]Cadence[/name_u] who isn’t loud, bubbly and chaotic? I struggle to picture it  that’s probably silly and I’m sure it would change if i did name a child those names or got to know someone properly with those names. Sorry this has been rambly

This is interesting, because in my area/friend group at least, people tend to name reflecting on their style or character! [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] and Maud’s parents definitely tend towards the vintage and timeless in more then just names. [name_f]Clover[/name_f] and Cadence’s parents are the more modern, trendy sort of people in dress, parenting style, etc. But that does not mean the children themselves will follow those aesthetics! And by the time children are to the age where they are creating their own image, the name just fits the child no matter who they are, imo.

Most names, honestly, except maybe classics. And I’ve trained myself to see my top names on several different people, although I can’t say I’d see them on anyone.
