[name_f]My[/name_f] mom used to know somebody named Sundiata and it was pronounced [sun-dee-ah-tah]. Is there a possibility that it could be pronounced both ways? Although, it’s also possible that, somewhere along the line, his name was mispronounced and no one ever corrected it.
