Should I stay away from names ending in ‘uh’ and ‘oh’? Asaro is pronounced ‘uh-SAIR-oh’
My husband really likes [name_f]Pilar[/name_f] (pronounced pee-LAHR)…I don’t think it goes with Asaro because the ‘ar’ in each name is pronounced differently (if that makes sense.) What do you think?
He also likes [name_f]Pia[/name_f].

We have a surname that ends in O as well and so I have generally been avoiding names that end in O. It sounds too sing-songy to me. A shame because I love so many O names.In your case I wouldn’t use [name_f]Pia[/name_f] or anything ending in A because it kind of melds the first and surname together and becomes hard to say or all one name. But some people like those matching sounds more , so if you like it, use it 
I agree with serenityz, I would personally avoid names ending in O, and names beginning or ending in A, because of the melding together of sounds, and to avoid a name with lots of repeating sounds.
My favourites from your list are [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. I think they both have a slightly similar sound in them that compliments your surname nicely without sounding matchy. I also think [name_u]Finn[/name_u], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] and [name_u]Darcy[/name_u] would also work, I just prefer [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Juliet[/name_f].
