If I were born in the 1940 or 50’s , I would have liked to have been named [name_f]Susan[/name_f] or [name_f]Susannah[/name_f]. For the 70’s or 80’s, I would say [name_f]Jessica[/name_f].

[name_f]My[/name_f] mom and dad chose [name_f]Ginger[/name_f] [name_u]Clare[/name_u] for me and named my younger sister [name_f]Betsy[/name_f]. I think they did great for the 70s. [name_f]My[/name_f] name was certainly preferable to the handful of names that were repeated so often, although several had a great sound.
When I was growing up, maybe ten or twelve, I fancied [name_f]Shaina[/name_f], [name_f]Leah[/name_f] [name_u]Brooke[/name_u], or [name_u]Courtney[/name_u].
