[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] have quite a few sounds in common, so I find myself tripping over them when said in succession. [name_m]Odin[/name_m] breaks it up a little and greatly improves the flow! I voted for [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]Odin[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], which flow-wise is the easiest and most mellifluous to me.
With [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Odin[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], the -o- sound at the end of [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] mingles with the O- at the start of [name_m]Odin[/name_m], so it’s not as good to my ears. I also greatly prefer [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] to [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], partly because [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and [name_u]Theo[/name_u] are so popular where I live, but mostly for the legends and myths surrounding [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] ^^
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]Odin[/name_m] would be my second choice, but I do prefer it with [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] at the end, I guess there’s a symmetry to it that I like!
I prefer one middle name (because they mostly fit better as a whole name with the surname). [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] [name_m]Odin[/name_m] or [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Arthur[/name_m] are the best- it just depends which names you prefer - or maybe wait until he arrives and see which fits him.
I would suggest using [name_m]Odin[/name_m] in the middle if you use two middle names to break up [name_m]Arthur[/name_m]'s and [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]'s similar sounds, or just use [name_m]Odin[/name_m] as the middle if you go with one middle name so that you don’t repeat so many sounds.
