My favorites are; [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] ([name_u]Teddy[/name_u]), [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], [name_m]George[/name_m], and [name_m]Archie[/name_m].
[name_m]Arthur[/name_m] nn [name_m]Archie[/name_m] is my favorite but I also voted for [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], [name_m]Otto[/name_m], [name_u]Rex[/name_u], and [name_m]George[/name_m].
[name_m]Casper[/name_m], [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] or [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] would be my choice.
I love [name_m]Arthur[/name_m], too, it’s a little more mature than the choices above (mainly [name_m]Casper[/name_m] & [name_m]Oscar[/name_m]), I’d compare it to [name_f]Frances[/name_f] from your girls’ list.
[name_m]Otto[/name_m] - I like [name_m]Otto[/name_m] if the Ts are pronounced, I don’t like “Oddo”, it just doesn’t sound right to me
[name_m]George[/name_m] - this ones feels a little too safe
[name_m]Archie[/name_m] - sweet [name_m]Archie[/name_m], lovely name, it’s the boy equivalent to [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] - I like it, I just prefer others.
[name_m]Harry[/name_m] - not a fan of this one but that’s just me
[name_m]Axel[/name_m] - I quite dislike this name, it sounds dated and a little violent to me
[name_u]Rex[/name_u] - can work on the right boy but I think you have better and easier-to-wear names on your list

I love several of the names you listed, but my very favorite is [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], followed by [name_m]Casper[/name_m]!
