I have a number of names on my list that I know I wouldn’t use, mainly because they are too trendy and not established enough for my taste! I have such a difficult time letting go though.

[name_m]Wilder[/name_m]
[name_m]Callum[/name_m]
[name_m]Ryder[/name_m] (I think I like this one because I ride snowmobiles and quads :))
[name_m]Rhett[/name_m]
[name_f]Do[/name_f] I just scratch them off my list?
I’m sure you’ve considered this, but one solution I have for guilty pleasure names is to put them in the middle spot. That way you can still use them, but they won’t be so prominent. This doesn’t work with any guilty pleasure name (some of mine are too far out, even for a middle name!), but I think all of yours you’ve listed are very usable and nice. I particularly like [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m].
I guess it just depends how much popularity bothers you. All of these names seem pretty well established to me though; they all are in the US top 1000 names. If you’re 100% certain they don’t match your criteria, cut them loose, but I would keep them on a long list just in case you reconsider one day.
