I think [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] flows really nicely and would be the most intuitive for [name_f]Millie[/name_f] besides [name_f]Millie[/name_f] of course

If [name_f]Millie[/name_f] doesn’t feel formal enough then [name_u]Camille[/name_u] [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] sounds lovely to me.

If she’d go by [name_f]Millie[/name_f], I’d just name her [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. It’s my favourite of the three anyway!

[name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and my whole life I have been [name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] or [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. I think if you know [name_f]Millie[/name_f] is what you want them put that straight on the birth certificate. But [name_u]Camille[/name_u] and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] one different nickname options [name_f]Mimi[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_f]Mia[/name_f] the list goes on. But if [name_f]Millie[/name_f] is all you want them to be called put that on the birth certificate! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

If she’s gonna go by [name_f]Millie[/name_f], then [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. I know a handful of Millies, I love the name and [name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_u]Hazel[/name_u] is so sweet.
