What traits do you associate with these?

I’m trying to refine/change up my list, and I’d love your thoughts on what personalities/traits/kinds of kids these names evoke. Also, any additional suggestions are most definitely appreciated. Thanks!!

[name]Elliott[/name]
[name]Quinn[/name]

[name]Bueller[/name]???

[name]Elliott[/name] - To me, [name]Elliott[/name] is a boy’s name. I can’t take it seriously for a girl.

[name]Quinn[/name] - Not a fan of this, but it sounds preppy.

[name]Marlowe[/name] - The only associations I have with it are actress [name]Marlo[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] and gritty detective [name]Philip[/name] [name]Marlowe[/name]. I has a nice sound. I don’t know… maybe a go-getter?

[name]Greer[/name] - My problem with this is that I can’t get past the “rear” sound in it. There is an old film actress named [name]Greer[/name] [name]Garson[/name], so that’s my only real association. I guess I would picture a preppy girl.

[name]Elle[/name] - I picture a pretty but approachable girl. Possibly a little no-nonsense.

[name]Margo[/name] - I picture someone friendly, full of energy, probably has her stuff together. Self-confident.

[name]Mabel[/name] - I can see maybe one of two ways–shy and timid or a wisecracking extrovert.

[name]Bellamy[/name] - I got nothing.

[name]Everly[/name] - I’m not coming up with anything for this one either.

[name]Vada[/name] - I picture someone with this name to be artsy and opinionated.

[name]Leighton[/name] - This seems like a preppy cheerleader name to me.

[name]Waverly[/name] - This is a pretty name. Seems like a good name for someone with a sunny personality.

[name]Connelly[/name] - I got nothing.

From your list, I like [name]Elle[/name] and [name]Waverly[/name] the best. I like but don’t love [name]Marlowe[/name]. [name]Margo[/name], and [name]Vada[/name]. The others I don’t like.

I like [name]Margot[/name] and [name]Elle[/name]. Pretty.
[name]Waverly[/name] immediately makes me think of wallpaper.
[name]Leighton[/name] and [name]Connolly[/name] feel somewhat masculine but attractive.
[name]Bellamy[/name] and [name]Vada[/name] I’m not fond of.
I can’t see [name]Greer[/name] on a little one. It feels harsh?
[name]Mabel[/name] is sweet. [name]Everly[/name] feels incomplete.

[name]Elliott[/name] -To me this is a boys name. Not a fan of this name for a girl.
[name]Quinn[/name] -I like this name! I also like the name [name]Quincy[/name] (I know a girl with this name).
[name]Marlowe[/name] -Not a fan of this name.
[name]Greer[/name] -[name]Lovely[/name] name. Very Old Hollywood.
[name]Elle[/name] -Although this is a beautiful name. It makes me think of [name]Elle[/name] [name]McPherson[/name].
[name]Margo[/name] -[name]Love[/name] [name]Love[/name] this name but I prefer the spelling [name]Margot[/name]. Reminds me of the ballet dancer [name]Margot[/name] Fonteyn.
[name]Mabel[/name] -This name has grown on me. I can definitely see myself using it.
[name]Bellamy[/name] -Not a fan.
[name]Everly[/name] -I like this name alot. But I know quite a few berries are divided because it traditionally is a boys name. I also like the spelling Everleigh.
[name]Vada[/name] -Fell in love with this name after seeing the movie My Girl!
[name]Leighton[/name] -Not a fan.
[name]Waverly[/name] -As I live in [name]Sydney[/name] this reminds me of the Suburb [name]Waverly[/name]. So I can’t bring myself to like this name.
[name]Connelly[/name] -Not a fan.
