I like [name_f]Alice[/name_f] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is cool too. [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] is sweet. In general matches the style of your actual name XD

I was to be [name_f]Lori[/name_f] [name_f]Ann[/name_f] but I didn’t look like one so my Mom changed her mind, thankfully. Maybe [name_f]Jocelyn[/name_f] which I like. And if a boy, [name_m]Jeffrey[/name_m].

I was nearly Grace, Emma, or Elizabeth, or John if I was a boy.

(Bea is a pseudonym, but my real name is also a classic so it fits their style well!)

If I was a girl, [name_f]Emily[/name_f] like every other girl born in 1995.
[name_f]My[/name_f] parents originally picked out [name_u]Skylar[/name_u] [name_u]Bennett[/name_u] (initials and middle name being nods to family members on both sides) but when I was born decided to just reverse my father’s name instead.

i was almost a mia, and my parents also considered beatrice which i love and i think it would have suited me well! my middle name was almost arabella, which i also love.
if i were a boy, i would have been thomas edmund or maximilian edmund! :sunflower:

[name_f]My[/name_f] middle name was supposed to be [name_u]Maria[/name_u] if not my current one (chosen by my grandma) and my first name were just those choices. XD

[name_f]My[/name_f] mother wanted [name_f]Deirdre[/name_f], but it was vetoed by my grandmother. I was supposed to be Wadsworth [name_m]Brewster[/name_m], if I’d been a boy. (Yikes.)

[name_f]My[/name_f] dad wanted [name_f]Maureen[/name_f], my mom wanted [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], nn [name_f]Maggie[/name_f], I know [name_u]Morgan[/name_u] was also considered at some point. If I had been a boy, I would’ve most likely been [name_m]Morris[/name_m].

For first names I think it was, Emmy/ie (couldn’t decide the spelling), [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] (with the -line pronunciation), and [name_f]Emilia[/name_f] (dad couldn’t pronounce it.) And for middle names it was between [name_u]Anne[/name_u], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], or [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] (this was just a mn that mom wanted with Emilia). And for boys it would be [name_u]Ryan[/name_u], which my dad liked, my mom didn’t care for (neither did my siblings). And middle name would’ve been Lastone, or [name_u]Kelly[/name_u] (my dad really liked [name_u]Kelly[/name_u] for either gender, but I think more so for a boy)

I was [name_u]Genesis[/name_u] for a bit when my mom was pregnant. They also liked [name_f]Elle[/name_f], [name_u]Omari[/name_u], [name_u]Shay[/name_u], [name_f]Glory[/name_f], some others I don’t remember. Had I been born a boy I would’ve been [name_m]Ean[/name_m] [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] (my mom didn’t like how [name_m]Ian[/name_m] could be pronounced as EYE-an, [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] is a family name though and one I’m planning on giving a kid). [name_f]My[/name_f] dad really liked [name_m]Fender[/name_m] and [name_m]Gibson[/name_m] for boys too

[name_f]My[/name_f] father also like [name_f]Gretchen[/name_f] / [name_f]Grethe[/name_f], Rosamaj and [name_f]Ninette[/name_f] for a girl. I know my parents considered [name_f]Michaela[/name_f] / [name_f]Mikaela[/name_f] after my mother suggested it.

If I’d have been a boy, my father would’ve named me [name_m]Sindri[/name_m], Linder or Helmar.
