I can’t quite think of a sibling name that would work well with [name_m]Duncan[/name_m]. I was thinking [name_f]Nora[/name_f]/[name_f]Norah[/name_f] but that I am not sure of. I usually like vintage names but [name_m]Duncan[/name_m] is growing on me for some reason…

I think [name_m]Duncan[/name_m] fits in alright with some of the names in your sig honestly. [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] for instance I think pairs well.
