What would YOU pair with Eden (as a brother?)

Please help! We have run through so many names and for one reason or another cannot settle on something we feel really good about anymore. I am open to new ideas and suggestions. Please inspire me! [name]Eden[/name] goes both by [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Edie[/name].

[name]Eden[/name] and [name]Max[/name]

[name]Eden[/name] and:

[name]Theo[/name]
[name]Leo[/name]
[name]Max[/name]
[name]Kai[/name]
[name]Felix[/name]
[name]Alexander[/name]
[name]Xander[/name]
Malachai
[name]Damien[/name]
[name]Callum[/name]
[name]Callan[/name]
[name]Oliver[/name]
[name]Rory[/name]
[name]Julian[/name]
[name]Adam[/name]
[name]Orion[/name]
[name]Samuel[/name]
[name]Samson[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name]
[name]Sebastian[/name]
[name]Nathaniel[/name]
[name]Lucian[/name]
[name]Bastian[/name]
[name]William[/name]
[name]Tristan[/name]
[name]Abram[/name]

Thanks guys! I will go over these with hubby. Anyone else have ideas?

[name]Theo[/name] - like but rhymes with our dog’s name
[name]Leo[/name] - same as [name]Theo[/name]
[name]Max[/name] - I like but it is the name of my Aunt’s dog so not so sure
[name]Kai[/name] - like but better as a middle I think
[name]Felix[/name] - worried that the long E in [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Felix[/name] might sound too close
[name]Alexander[/name] - nice classic name. I do like [name]Xander[/name] and [name]Alec[/name]. [name]Lex[/name] is nice too.
[name]Xander[/name] - see above
Malachai - NMS
[name]Damien[/name] - I like [name]Damien[/name] but due to my other dog having several nicknames, for some reason we call him [name]Damien[/name] sometimes
[name]Callum[/name] - not sure if I like this
[name]Callan[/name] - meh.
[name]Oliver[/name] - I have two sets of friends with [name]Oliver[/name] so it is out… otherwise I love it!
[name]Rory[/name] - don’t like due to personal association
[name]Julian[/name] - husband doesn’t like
[name]Adam[/name] - husband’s brother’s name
[name]Orion[/name] - I do like [name]Orion[/name]. I have a cousin in the tight knit part of my family we often call [name]Rye[/name] and I feel [name]Orion[/name] would become [name]Rye[/name].
[name]Samuel[/name] - I like but husband does not.
[name]Samson[/name] - see [name]Samuel[/name]
[name]Solomon[/name] - one of my closest friends is pregnant right now and has already chosen [name]Solomon[/name] if she has a boy.
[name]Sebastian[/name] - my husband doesn’t like this, I go back and forth. I like [name]Bastien[/name].
[name]Nathaniel[/name] - NMS
[name]Lucian[/name] - this is ok
[name]Bastian[/name] - I like
[name]William[/name] - family association but not a totally positive connection
[name]Tristan[/name] - I have a girl friend with this name.
[name]Abram[/name] - I do like this. [name]Abe[/name] doesn’t go with our last name and not sure if [name]Bram[/name] is pronounced [name]Bram[/name] or [name]Brahm[/name]?

cole
liam
cade
micah - with eden is very nice.
[name]Jett[/name]
[name]Cory[/name]
[name]Ryan[/name]
[name]Archer[/name]
lennox
merrick
[name]Vaughn[/name] - eden and vaughn sound good together
[name]Canyon[/name]
creed
corbin
connor - eden and connor gets my vote!

Thanks G Blondie! I will look overt his full list but based on the ones you made comments on, I know a [name]Vaughn[/name] and a [name]Van[/name] (though I guess I could still use it as both associations are fine - I will discuss with hubs) and I have a friend with a son [name]Connor[/name]. I have a negative association with [name]Micah[/name] (as a male) though I knew a female [name]Micah[/name] and she was fine

Here are some more ideas.
[name]Levi[/name]
[name]Seth[/name]
[name]Brody[/name]
[name]Grant[/name]
[name]Dominic[/name]
[name]Wyatt[/name]
[name]Isaac[/name]
[name]Chase[/name]
[name]Garrett[/name]
[name]Parker[/name]
[name]Drew[/name]
Lincoln
Miles
[name]Trent[/name]
Ross

Thanks all. I am strongly loving [name]Isaac[/name] right now! [name]Lincoln[/name] is also cute but I do know one (not a deal breaker but if also trying to another 2 syllable name ending in N).

[name]Elias[/name]
[name]Rex[/name]
[name]Graham[/name] or [name]Graeme[/name]
[name]Oliver[/name]
[name]Holden[/name] (based on a 2 syll ending in N)
[name]Hudson[/name] "

Thanks kphillipschaplin. I meant to say AVOID another 2 syllable name ending in N if possible, otherwise I really like [name]Holden[/name]. I adore [name]Graeme[/name] and it is a favorite of DH’s but I have a relative who used this for his son already so it is out. [name]Oliver[/name] is also adorable but I have a couple acquaintances that have used it. Thanks for chiming in!

Oh! Well that makes it totally different!!!

I’m guessing you’re still looking for answers? I love so many of your current options, so I’m hesitant to chime in (and when you first posted this thread, that’s all I could think of!), but I just thought of [name]Julian[/name] next to your daughter’s name, and I think that’s a great combo! [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Julian[/name] work really well, imo. I love that [name]Julian[/name] could go by [name]Jules[/name] (my favorite!), [name]Jude[/name], or even [name]Ian[/name] ([name]Julius[/name] could also work). I think [name]Julian[/name] Be@tty sounds really good, too.

Thanks [name]Ash[/name]! I appreciate all the help you’ve been giving me along the way. [name]Jude[/name] was actually on our list - then off then back on and now I think off again, le sigh. I like [name]Julian[/name] but for some reason really get mixed emotions about it and something in me can’t commit to it. [name]Edie[/name] and [name]Julian[/name] do sound like a sweet sibset that I like more than saying [name]Eden[/name] and [name]Julian[/name].

[name]Simon[/name], [name]Tristan[/name], or [name]Nolan[/name].
I love [name]Eden[/name]'s name, by the way!

ETA: Ok, just saw your reply about the 2 syllable names ending in N. Guess none of those are going to work, haha.
Joel, Nathaniel, Mitchell, Elias, Everett, Jack, Bryce.
Joel would be awesome!

My daughter is named [name]Eden[/name] & when I was pregnant with my third [name]Leo[/name] & [name]Archer[/name] were in the lead for boys name seeing as they go really well with our daughters name. It’s such a shame [name]Leo[/name] is too close to your dogs name. [name]Isaac[/name] would also be lovley with [name]Eden[/name]. Good luck with finding the perfect name!

Thanks [name]Ireland[/name]! [name]Archer[/name] is on our list. I love the look and feel of it with [name]Eden[/name] too. It is a bummer about [name]Leo[/name]… great name. What did you end up choosing for [name]Eden[/name]'s siblings?

[name]Lucia[/name] - [name]Simon[/name], [name]Tristan[/name] and [name]Nolan[/name] are all great names! [name]Mitchell[/name] is a friends name that I cannot use and [name]Everett[/name] is great too but don’t want to start an E trend (also why [name]Elliot[/name] is out). [name]Joel[/name] and [name]Nathaniel[/name], while nice, aren’t exactly my style. I love [name]Jack[/name] and still have it on my list. [name]Bryce[/name] is nice but I know a couple of them so I think it alters my feelings a bit.

Keep em’ coming!! Thanks for all the feedback and great ideas
