It’s [name]Bree[/name] again! The new addition to our family, either a boy or girl is coming very soon! We have narrowed it down to a girl name and a boy name. The middle name has to honor Nature, my other three children, [name]Chase[/name] [name]River[/name], [name]Mason[/name] [name]Oak[/name] & [name]Paisley[/name] [name]Ocean[/name] all have Nature middles because my husband and I love Nature, and so do my kids. [name]Chase[/name] & [name]Paisley[/name] have water middles, and [name]Mason[/name] has a tree middle. So we would like the child on the way to have a tree middle name. So here are the names, what would you think and say after meeting a [name]Gavin[/name] [name]Pine[/name] and [name]Piper[/name] [name]Willow[/name]?

I like the both of them. I find them cool and natury. [name]Piper[/name] [name]Willow[/name] makes me think of [name]Sarah[/name] [name]Palin[/name], which isn’t necessarily a bad association. I still really like the flow and combination of [name]Piper[/name] [name]Willow[/name].
I think they sound great! I like the theme with the middle names, and I think the names individually flow well. They aren’t too out-there, but they’d definitely be unique! And they both fit perfectly in with your other childrens’ names.
[name]Gavin[/name] [name]Pine[/name] makes me think of [name]Gavin[/name] DeGraw, since he’s the only person I can think of with that name. Good association, in my opinion. [name]Pine[/name] for the mn sounds really nice, especially since [name]Pine[/name] isn’t just a filler for you, and it makes the name even more unique.
[name]Piper[/name] [name]Willow[/name] is very pretty. [name]Piper[/name] has always made me think of a redheaded trouble-making little girl, very cute. [name]Willow[/name] works well with [name]Piper[/name] and it’s a good name, so it’s all great there.

It’s interesting, because with the name [name]Piper[/name], I picture a cheeky redheaded girl with curls who is adventurous, friendly, and intelligent.
With the name [name]Willow[/name], I picture a thin brunette with straight hair and a quiet way about her-she is more on the cautious side, girly, and a good friend.
So honestly, in my opinion, the combination of [name]Piper[/name] & [name]Willow[/name] is quite nicely balanced and I think it’s a real winner!!
As for you boy pick, [name]Gavin[/name] [name]Pine[/name]–I don’t love the name [name]Gavin[/name], and no offense intended-just my opinion-it sort of pales in comparison to your other children’s names. I don’t have much of an opinion in the way of the name [name]Pine[/name]. I think it’s okay, and compliments [name]Mason[/name]'s middle name well.

I also see a redhead when thinking of [name]Piper[/name], [name]Paisley[/name] has strawberry blonde hair so [name]Piper[/name] might too and strawberry blonde is close to red. The boys have brown hair like their daddy. My hair is strawberry blonde, so [name]Paisley[/name] gets her hair color from her mama!
Looove both names [name]Pine[/name] sound’s really nice with [name]Gavin[/name]! [name]Piper[/name] [name]Willow[/name] is gorgeous too. I picture [name]Gavin[/name] as a little boy with light brown hair and big dark brown eyes! I picture [name]Piper[/name] with light brown, long curly hair and blue eyes.
Thanks nameobsessednichole! If the baby is a she, ([name]Piper[/name] [name]Willow[/name]) she has a chance of having curly hair because her daddy has sightly curly hair, along with her [name]Nan[/name]-[name]Nan[/name] on her dad’s side of the family!
[name]Gavin[/name] [name]Pine[/name] I don’t like. The sound is…itchy? If that makes sense?
[name]Piper[/name] [name]Willow[/name] is alright, I like [name]Willow[/name], not a fan of [name]Piper[/name] at all.
I’d expect a [name]Piper[/name] to be very hyper, and annoying. The kind of person who’s very curious, and has loads of energy and ideas.
[name]Gavin[/name] I’d picture being calmer and stable. Consistent, and reliable.
