If they put her siblings in danger, [name_u]Kenna[/name_u] would ditch them immediately. Her family is her world, and there is nothing she wouldn’t do for them. If she was potentially putting them in danger, she would stop at nothing to extinguish the threat.
WWYCD if they woke up one day, and they’d switched roles with their worst enemy?
If it was snobby, [name_m]Little[/name_m] Miss [name_u]Perfect[/name_u] [name_f]Marissa[/name_f] Bushman who’s never had a bad hair day in her freaking life, then [name_f]Laura[/name_f] would scream in dismay at first. But then, her petty side would take over and she’d make [name_f]Marissa[/name_f] look stupid, maybe even give the girl a bad hair day…or two, depending on how long she’d be in Marissa’s role. Mwahaha!
Question: Your character is face-to-face with the person who wronged their family, badly. What do they do?
[name_u]Eli[/name_u] would go MAD. His family is everything he loves, and he’d never be able to deal with being separated from them. Although he wouldn’t be that worried, since they’re all immortal anyway.
I’m picking [name_u]Ash[/name_u] for this, because A, you may recall that I’m really, really mean to him, and B, she is actually kind of his type. He would probably just have a heck of an emotional time and get hit by his sister [name_u]Briar[/name_u] a lot in an attempt to snap him out of it, which probably wouldn’t work, but she also just finds it amusing to hit him.
WWYCD if they had to open a door, but the doorknob was poisoned? (Also, you have to touch it, there’s no way around it.)
As she is immortal, [name_u]Winter[/name_u] would touch it and power through. Though, in all honestly, she’d probably still touch even if she didn’t have to, because she’s way too reckless for her own good.
WWYCD if they were suddenly transported to a fantasy world or the real world, if they already live in a fantasy world?
[name_f]My[/name_f] MC has lived in both fantasy and real-world realms, so I’ll do his best friend [name_m]Titus[/name_m] (from the fantasy realm). He’d probably be terrified of electricity but would be extremely interested in the schools and supermarkets.
Suck it up. Which is currently what I’m doing, actually. And I’m actually realising how many characters I have across various stories that have glasses… it’s a lot. Most would suck it up, because they’re generally pretty sensible people.
Another thing too many of my characters seem to have…
WWYCD if they were told that they had a dead sibling?
(Admittedly, they’re rarely told that much outright — [name_f]Anya[/name_f] learned it by looking through the attic, [name_f]Violet[/name_f] and [name_u]Jasper[/name_u] are pretty much just told they’re triplets and are left to figure it out. [name_m]Cassian[/name_m] gets told, but it’s because his parents are awful and essentially just want to make his life absolute hell until they can have a ‘pure’ kid. It’s… complicated.)
Seeing as [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] already has four dead siblings, it would only add to his need for vengeance. (It’s… complicated, to say in the least)
[name_f]Vita[/name_f] would hate every minute of it, but she’s such a charmer and has a pretty high tolerance for other peoples issues, she’d probably be regional manager by the time she shift was up.
WWYCD if they learned that they were switched at birth?
[name_f]Ginevra[/name_f] would want to track down her biological family in order to try and understand where she comes from. She’d be a little upset, but also probably relieved to find out she wasn’t related to her family, as mental illness and addiction seem to be an issue with most of them.
WWYCD if they suddenly realized they’ve been a ghost the entire story?
[name_f]Paige[/name_f] would probably faint, or spend the next 24 hours of her life pampering it and calling it cutesy nicknames till she got tired of it and wished she never got it.
What would your character do if they got their face shoved into their birthday cake by a friend, in front of heaps of people?
