What's the difference between the "Baby Names" and "Talk About Names" subforums?

I’ve always thought [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Names was for expecting parents/people who are TTC, and Talk About Names was for everyone. I do think you are free to use both, though.

I thought that the “Talk about names” forum was more for meta-talk. like “What middle name for [name_f]Anna[/name_f]?” would go in the [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Names forum, “[name_m]How[/name_m] many middle names is too much?” in the Talk forum.

Agreed, though I’ll be honest, I do sometimes use them interchangeably.
